    "content": "Since the beginning of the year, we have buried very many people. Every so often, we are called to raise money to burry people killed in bandit attacks. Our people are very insecure and cannot concentrate in their daily economic activities. They are running away and the children are not in school. People in the lowlands are pastoralists while the ones in the highlands are farmers and when they mix, there is a lot of disharmony in the area. This displacement is a problem for them because they lack food, clothing and shelter. This issue must be dealt with once and for all. Even as we talk, the security forces should be deployed to go and quell the banditry that is going on, so that these people can live in peace. I went to the office of the Cabinet Secretary, but he is out of the country. The Acting Inspector General should address this issue now, even before the night fall because people are saying that they may be attacked at night."
