    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. This is a matter of national importance. As you are aware, security overrides all other human needs. Going by Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, security is very important. You can afford to miss other things but you must be secure. A lot of Motions for Adjournment have been raised in this House.
