I am seeing a lot of interest that Members have to debate this issue. Therefore, I will use discretion out of Standing Order No.1 as read together with Standing Order No.30. I will extend the House for only six minutes. We will have two speakers from each side taking only two minutes andwe will start with the hon. Member for Kwanza. Take exactly two minutes."
