    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the point that the hon. Member is making is that the increase in the size of the pipeline was to allow the flow rate to be faster and move bigger volume. The initial flow rate was at 440 cubic metres of diesel per hour, and it took about four days to Nairobi. It was increased to 550 cubic metres, and now stands at 810 cubic metres per hour. That was achieved in August 2009; this is expected to reduce the travel period to 2.2 days."
