    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I said the flow rate was increased to 550, and later in August 2009 we were able to achieve 810 cubic metres per hour in terms of the flow rate. We were at the peak performance of the project expecting to operate at 840 cubic metres per hour in terms of the flow rate. However, in terms of the real versus the expected, we have been able to achieve 810. I know we are still working hard to ensure that this flow rate is achieved according to the design that was intended."
