    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I feel that the governor should be ahead of the Member of Parliament. We do not want a situation where there will be an exchange between governors and Members of Parliament when we attend public functions. That is my view. If you look at the level of representation, a governor represents more people than a Member of Parliament. A governor is elected by more people than a Member of Parliament. Thank you."
