"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I was really trying to refrain myself from contributing to this matter, because I am in the Public Investments Committee (PIC) and know what is going on. However, I would urge the Assistant Minister that as he prepares to get us the documents, he should be sure of what he is saying, because he is going to be on the record of the House. It may turn out that what he is telling this House is not correct. If I were him, I would ask the substantive Minister to come and answer this Question himself. This is a very serious matter. Remember that the President and the Prime Minister were duped into opening this project; I do not want to go beyond that. However, I am telling my friend that if I were him, I would desist from answering this Question and allow the substantive Minister, who knows much more than what he is saying, to answer it."
