"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The only way we can speak is to tell you we really want to contribute. This list has two things. One, I have an issue with putting the former President with the former Prime Minister because at no time did they serve in a similar capacity. We have to differentiate the two because the former presidents were having a rank higher than the Prime Minister when they served. The President was actually elected by the people of Kenya while the Prime Minister was appointed to that position. So, we should put it lower than that. On the other hand, putting Members of County Assembly (MCAs) somewhere is a very good idea. But this list will end up being very long, and it will include the sub-county commissioners and chiefs. So, I think we should terminate the list somewhere so that the rest can be called “others”. Thank you."
