    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I have a problem with “c” in terms of order of precedence. Those are the Speakers of Parliament of both Houses. I really want to urge the Mover of this Motion to look critically at the Constitution because even when you we have joint sittings of the two Houses here – the Senate and the National Assembly - always the Speaker of the National Assembly is the one who presides over the business of this House. That clearly shows that the Speaker of the National Assembly is ranked higher than the Speaker of the Senate. In that line, I really want to urge hon. Keynan to ensure that we have the Speaker of the National Assembly at “c” and the Speaker of the Senate at “d”. Thank you."
