"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Whereas I am in support of the further amendment, I still do not agree with placing the Members of Parliament at par with the governors. As I speak, within the public out there, there is a question of who is superior to the other. Is it the governor or the Member of Parliament? In defence, the Member of Parliament will always say: “I make the laws of this country whereas the governor deals with the county and not beyond the county boundary.” So, I would still urge the Mover to separate the two."
