"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I know I have a tie, but I am the same one. I wanted to bring to your attention that we were negotiating with the Mover if he could, please, bring a further amendment to the one on former Vice President and Deputy Presidents. If we are being very practical and thinking in terms of posterity, I cannot go to a function say, with hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, and then I am given more recognition than him. It has got nothing to do with the fact that he is in CORD. It has to do with the decency, manners and protocol. I would just request, in the same manner that we have recognised the former Presidents and Prime Minister, whether it is possible that we push the former Vice President and Deputy President? He has informed me that he has already drafted that. It is really not in order because practically, it will not happen. We will not go to a function and then all the Members of Parliament speak and then you call the former Vice President. It is not going to happen."
