(a) I am aware that the there was a breach of some provisions of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005 in the procurement of Ultra Heated Temperature (UHT) plant and equipment by the Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society Limited. (b) I am also aware that the Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA) conducted a procurement assessment on the procurement entity to establish the level of its compliance with the procurement law. I hereby table a copy of the authority’s procurement assessment report."
