    "content": "(c) The findings of the PPOA assessment team have been availed to the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission. The PPOA has also prepared an elaborate action plan to improve procurement systems and ensure the society’s compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005 and regulations, 2006. The Authority will continuously monitor and reveal the implementation of the action plan and take appropriate action against the society’s management in the event of failure to implement the same."
