The report states the weaknesses which have been identified and have led to some of these mistakes. Therefore, the PPOA has drawn a very clear plan of action which it is monitoring very closely. If those people continue to violate these regulations, they will be taken to court in future by the PPOA. However, the KACC will deal with any financial malpractice."
