    "content": "out clearly. I have said that with renewable energy, the cost of energy will come down, when compared to the hydro power and diesel powered generation. Once green energy is encouraged, it will bring down the cost of manufacturing goods. This will also bring down the cost of living. There is need to address the potential problem of solid waste management. This is being done elsewhere and biomass is used to produce biogas. For this purpose, gas turbines can be produced."
