    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is also the so called transfer of technology. We need not rely so much on foreigners coming to our country to develop power. We are also capable of developing our own power. It is very possible because we have the resources. We have the sun, water, biogas and e-waste. Therefore, I would like to support this Motion as amended and the Government should move fast and ensure that it provides the legal framework to ensure that people who are able to produce this kind of energy come up and move the country forward and reduce the gap in power production."
