    "content": "Even county governments have started putting in a lot of money into wind energy. Like in Turkana, and I sympathize with my colleague from Turkana, there is a big project that is coming up on wind energy. If that project is finalised and becomes operational, it is going to contribute more than 300 Megawatts of energy. In conclusion, I want to thank all the Members who have contributed to this Motion. I look forward to us moving to the next stage of coming up with a Bill, so that we can operationalise this Motion into law."
