    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I know the Standing Orders were amended regarding Statement issuing and how we are supposed to ask questions, but issues are now emerging. Maybe we will need to get further guidance on what we can do about issues which are coming up that need some urgent answers. I am talking about the status of the football in the country. You are aware now that the federation which is in charge of the management of football, the Kenya Football Association (KFA)--- There is going to be a lot of issues based on the Kenya Premier League (KPL) and Federation of Kenyan Football (FKF). I think now it is going to be an issue. Many young people are going to lose their jobs if we allow this mess to continue. We had expected the Cabinet Secretary in charge of sports, culture and arts, Mr. Hassan Wario, to be able to handle these issues amicably so that we do not have--- This weekend the premier league is going to start. We were advised that the President was going to mediate the other day but this did not happen. So, there is going to be a problem again.
