    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, some of the issues which have been given in the Bill are very important. We can see more powers being given to this office to safeguard the interests of Kenyans by way of giving information. However, I have an issue on concealing of information. Some of the information which is being concealed belongs to the Ministry which is concerned with security. There was a time when our security apparatus bought Mahindra vehicles. If they can conceal such information, how will this Parliament be able to implement its role of being a watchdog of public affairs?"
