    "content": "Apart from auditing the national Government, the Auditor-General’s Office is responsible to audit another 46 governments; the county governments and all the Ministers in charge of our various sectors. It is also responsible for auditing constitutional offices that we have in our country and other public sectors including Parliament and all the courts. Therefore, it requires real empowerment so that it can make sure real auditing is done. In the process of accounting, if that section of auditing is not well taken care of, then it means that there will be a lot of wastage. If there is a lot of wastage, it means that that entity will not be making any profit or development."
