If you want to construct a house and you buy materials like cement, sand, ballast and may be roofing nails and you give a fundi without supervising as the owner of the house, then go after a year to check whether the house is complete, most likely you will find everything was misappropriated. It is possible the house has not been built beyond the foundation level and you will have yourself to blame.
