    "content": "Bank of Kenya (CBK) so that when money is given out from the National Treasury and public institutions and parastatals are not using it immediately, it can be put in the reserve bank. The reserve bank will be paying a small interest to those parastatals unlike now where if money is given to a parastatal, the head of the parastatal goes to dicuss or negotiate the kind of interest he can earn on the money before using it. This will minimize corruption."
