If you go to the websites of the county governments, you will not find the details as to how they use their money but other details about the counties are there. They should go ahead and show how much money they have received from the national Government and how they have used it. The Office of the Auditor General is very important. This Bill should give power to that office to enable them access information and share it with Parliament and the public. That is very important."
