    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I rise to support this Bill. From the outset, what I want to say is that doing the same thing all over again; the same way and same formula, we should not expect different results. The Auditor-General’s Office is established under Article 229 clearly on auditing and reporting. But what has happened in recent times? It is as if this office does not exist. I believe with this Bill, we are kicking some life into that office. This is because lack of Auditor-General’s Office in any country is looking in the face a national economic collapse because it is going to be free for all, taxpayers’ money is going to be taken and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
