Let me begin by actually saying that it is really thoughtful and helpful in a way because I can see the Cabinet Secretary for Education, the Principal Secretary for Education and other leaders from that Ministry are actually in the House to listen first hand to the concerns that the Members of the House will bring in this Motion on behalf of the people of Kenya. So, this is a great consideration. I would like just to put that on record that they were present to listen to us directly as we talk about this."
