    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you are taking one of my minutes. I hope I will be added one more minute. Thank you so much. I also want to thank hon. Okoth for this very important Motion. This is the worst time for Members of this National Assembly. Around 70 per cent to 80 per cent of the calls we receive now are calls that relate to school fees. They are of people crying, literally moaning about the fact that their child has got either 430 or 450 marks but they do not know where to go. It is time we stopped the blame game and this Assembly and the Ministry concerned sat down and worked on a proper formula for funding education.
