    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have placed before the House the cases that were brought to my attention. I am not surprised that there are no rape cases in this list because of the nature of the violence that we are dealing with; the period it occurred and the circumstances in which it occurred. Offences of sexual nature require that certain procedures be undertaken both at the police station, at the dispensaries and in post reporting period. Most of the sexual assault cases are reported here as assault and grievous harm."
