"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Minister to tell this House whether he finds it in order for somebody who was adversely mentioned in the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Sale of Grand Regency Hotel which was chaired by none other than hon. Justice (Rtd) Majid Cockar--- The conclusion on page 79 of the reports reads: âProf. Njuguna Ndungâu was not truthful to other public institutions namely, Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), Commissioner of Lands, Public Procurement Oversight Authority, the Prime MinisterâŚâ Then it concludes to say:- âHis conduct was contrary to Section 18 of Public Officer Ethics Act, which provides that a public officer shall not knowingly give false or misleading information to members of the public or any other public officer. The Governor must take responsibility for the disposal of the hotelâŚâ"
