    "content": "I do not like Hon. Wamalwa shouting at me. I also have the capacity to shout at him. He is an honourable Member. It is not fair that he shouts at me and he comes from Kiminini where I also come from. First and foremost, he is a former lecturer. If his students see him shouting at me, it is unfair. He is a PhD student and he knows that I do not have one. So, I should be learning from him. Surely, if that is the experience that we are going to have in this House, it is terrible!"
