    "content": "THAT, the business appearing in today’s Order Paper be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order 40(3) being a Wednesday Morning, a day allocated for business not sponsored by the Majority or Minority Party or a Member belonging to the Majority or Minority Party or business sponsored by a Committee. According to the calendar of this House, it is good for Members to note that we are only left with two days, that is today and tomorrow to transact the business of this Session. So, it is in agreement with the House Business Committee (HBC) that today’s morning session, we try to finalise the adoption of Sessional Papers as they appear on the Order Paper that is before this House. Some of them have been there for a period of three years. This will give way in the afternoon for the Committee of whole House to debate the amendments to the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) Bill, National Assembly Bill No. 59 of 2015 and subsequently other Bills which have constitutional timelines as they appear in the Order Paper."
