"content": "6 Wednesday 2nd December, 2015(A) I wish to plead with my colleagues that in our sittings today and tomorrow, we try to finalise these sessional papers and also urge Members to be very keen in the afternoon as we go for the Committee Stage of the CDF Bill. That is because once we go for the break - that is according to the Calendar of this House which is in the public domain - we will come back in February. The window given by the court will have elapsed. That is why we are requesting this House to do other business this morning. I, therefore, want to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues who have been very steadfast in the performance of their duties. Kindly allow me as I move, to ask Hon. Chris Wamalwa to second."
