I know these are weighty issues, because they concern human rights violations. For the first time, they have been put on paper and we are thinking them through. Remember that you have just approved a Procedural Motion for us to discuss these sessional papers for one hour. I have been advised by the Clerk at the Table that this debate began at 10.10 O’clock and it is exactly 11.10 O’clock. So, I am really time conscious.
