    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. As you notice, this statement was being given on my request. There is an important issue of procedure where the Chair should direct. The Committee’s problem is not the content, it is the fact that the information given as a statement from the County of Kakamega is not authenticated, the Governor has not owned it, and nobody has signed it. So, there has to be a clear direction. The people at the County Government of Kakamega should know that this information is needed urgently. I have a copy of the statement."
