Karua in regard to the national values, participation, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability in Article 10 of the Constitution. As I said, it is the same thing; the interpretation here was that we ought to have done it more transparently, more inclusively and with participation and so on. However, as I said, we acted in accordance with the law as it exists. In our view, we did not violate any Constitution."
