    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, on Sunday, 29th November, 2015, Mr. Cosmas Mutunga who was a cancer patient at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) was murdered. I, therefore, rise under Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations to confirm the following:- (1)Whether Mr. Cosmas Mutunga had been admitted at the KNH since 5th November, 2015 and explain the circumstances surrounding the murder at the hospital bed."
