    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I would like to request the House to restrain itself. This is because at this particular juncture, the Senate is not officially aware that Sen. Keter has been appointed. I believe that there is no official communication from the Executive, informing the Senate that a Member of this House has been appointed. If we proceed on the basis of assumption, we will simply be sending a message that the House is excited, feels that it is a small place and, therefore, one of them has left this “small place” and gone to a “big place.” I beg that you overrule the request."
