There is a timeline for each and you cannot interfere unless the concerned county goes into negotiation with the national Government. So, just read your Constitution properly. Now, I take the sentiments of Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’ Nyong’o quite seriously on this issue. It will not be possible for the Committee on Health to begin making trips to all the 47 counties but I advice the Committee to be on the lookout and take action as early as possible whenever such a situation threatens to arise."
