    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I hope that both sides of the House take this matter seriously. The issue of the late Alex Madaga is one that all of us were aware of. We want to know the timelines of some of the things that were asked by Sen. Khaniri and what measures will be put in place to deter professionals from taking such matters lightly. I also agree with Sen. Mbuvi on the need to know the measures that the Ministry is taking to have more ICU facilities in our referral hospitals. The excuse in Madaga’s case was the unavailability of ICU facilities."
