    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I also wish to take this opportunity to support this Motion. It has been born out of our very bitter experience as we, Senators, watch the wastage of resources that we have allocated to our counties. This is the best thing that could happen to this House for it to have some muscle and position in which we can monitor the usage of the resources that this House votes and allocates to the counties. The passage of this Motion and its support is very important. It is important we do it urgently because the wastage and the misuse of resources in the counties is an ongoing process.
