    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Motion and congratulate the Mover and the Committee Members who were involved. I hope that what they have told us will be true after 4th December 2015. We have had these intentions for a long time. Now that it has come to fruition, we are grateful that we can at least see what the King of Meru told us that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We are observing keenly and hope that it will bear fruits. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we have had a lot of problems, particularity with embarrassment. We have been isolated and as lawmakers of the highest order, the Senate, we looked helpless when we saw people waste resources, but we did not have the muscle, power and office to tell them off. This is an indication that the Senate will do its assignments which is to provide oversight. However, we cannot do so without what has already been passed. I thank the Committee. I hope as we go on recess, what will be done in that period will be translated from what we will receive at the end of the day."
