    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support this Motion and thank all those who have been involved up to this stage, particularly our representatives in the PSC. Looking at the list, I can see Sen. Murungi’s name; he has been on the forefront and I thank him for steering this matter ably. This fund will go a long way in ensuring that we deliver on our mandate of oversighting counties and being full representatives of our counties and county governments. This fund is not there to fund Senators for any other thing other than ensuring that there are better services for the people who elected us.
