    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, thank you for this opportunity. I also take this early opportunity to thank Sen. Mugo for having brought this matter to the Senate. I also appreciate the extensive work that has been done by the Committee. I join those who spoke before me to say that as Senate, we need to shorten the duration upon which we process such types of complaints or statements. This Statement was sought sometime in January and we are finally concluding the report in December. We need to improve our systems to ensure that we are more efficient in terms of coming up with such types of reports.
