    "content": "comments from the office of the Attorney-General. We are yet to finalise our report. (iii) The Elevator Safety Authority Legislative proposal 2015, by Hon. Benjamin Washiali. It was received and referred to the Committee on the 18th August 2015. The Committee met the sponsor of the Bill on 22nd October 2015. We are yet to receive comments from the office of the Attorney-General before making recommendations. (iv) The Quantity Surveyors Bill 2015 by Hon. Lati Lelelit. It was referred to us on 24th August 2015. The Committee is yet to meet the sponsor of the proposal. Hon. Speaker, I wish to inform the House that the committee does not have any Bills or petitions pending before it for consideration. The following bilateral agreements are pending before the Committee:- Bilateral agreements between the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the Social Republic of Vietnam. The instrument was tabled and referred to the Committee on Tuesday 30th June 2015. The Committee has since held meetings with the officials from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. It is yet to finalise its report and subsequently table the same in the House. On Foreign Visit Reporting, reports are waiting for tabling. There is a report on benchmarking visit to Australia from 21st-28th February 2015."
