Mbadi will go out of his way to conduct some tutorials for ardent party followers, so that they understand policies of the party. Let us just stick to the issue. We wanted to have an interrogation of the report given by the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Hon. Waluke is at liberty to raise the issue he has raised. I am sure the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee is able to respond, but should Hon.
