Members, also to be fair, there are reports which have been tabled here by the Leader of the Majority Party on numerous occasions from the Controller of Budget, showing implementation status of Budgets. On numerous occasions, I urged you, hon. Members, to read those reports. In those reports, the Controller of Budget tells you that the money that you have appropriated is being utilised in a particular way. We do not have to wait to go to funerals and other public functions to realise, in the middle of such functions, that some implementation of the Budget is going on. Hon. Midiwo!"
