    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I just want to make a final comment. I want hon. Members to know that we have heard their concerns, but let me just point out that not long ago, the President himself indicated that he wanted to set up a Management and Budget Office at State House. Why do I refer to that? To just let hon. Members know that the Budget making process under the new Constitution has not been a very easy process. I do not think the Members of this House have any idea of what we go through. We accepted the job, which we may not have done to the satisfaction of hon. Members; but I want to assure this House that we have given it our best shot. If there were mistakes, they were genuine mistakes, as I said before. I have listened. I may not have agreed with everything that has been said, but we must, nonetheless, be big enough to hear each other. Whatever lessons are there to be learned for the 2015/2016 Budget cycle, they will be learned. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
