Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “with the concurrence of” and substituting therefor the words “with the approval of”. This amendment is basically to delete where we are saying “with the concurrence of” to make it “with the approval of.” It is just a bit of semantics and it is a simple amendment."
