    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the position taken by Hon. Langat. If you look at the amendment, it seems like it is contradictory. The way it is now is the correct position. The signatory should be the chief executive and three other signatories. Three is the current position. That is the requirement so that we have four signatories in total. Now, the position taken by the Chairman of CDF, Hon. Lessonet--- The amendment he has brought under (b) is correct. So, I propose that we reject the amendment under part (a) and support the amendment under part (b)."
