    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the import of this amendment is to increase the number of Board members. We want to introduce more Board members to include representatives of the Attorney-General and the Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for education. We are also increasing the number of private individuals from the current five to seven. We are also providing for an option for a person with disabilities to sit in the Board. We were convinced by Hon. Mwaura, who had come to our Committee to lobby us to introduce a person with disability in the Board. Thank you."
