    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to support the proposals of the Committee because the Bill is very progressive in terms of ensuring that persons with disabilities are represented in the DFC Committees. However, at the Board level, they had been left out. The previous proposal by the drafters was five persons but they only considered gender and other professional aspects. It would be important to also have the representation of persons with disabilities so that there can be an input at the national level with regard to decisions that affect members of the public through the way in which the funds will be administered."
